Saga Communications of Tuckessee, LLC, and its parent companies, which includes their members, officers, directors, and shareholders, are referred to collectively herein as “Z97.5/WZZP.” Z97.5/WZZP will conduct “Z97.5/WZZP’s “HOTTEST MOM SEARCH” (hereinafter referred to as “feature”), a radio promotion that will begin April 27, 2009 and run through Friday, May 29, 2009 at 12pm on Z97.5/WZZP in which Z97.5/WZZP listeners will have a chance to submit a photo of themselves to be featured on www.z975.com through UPICKEM. One person will win 1 quarter carat diamond ring provided by McKenzie & Smiley Jewelers valued at $299 and 1 “Bare Necessities Package” from Eden Day Spa.
Qualifying Methodology: No purchase is necessary to enter. Subject to the limitations below, beginning April 27, 2009, Z97.5/WZZP will conduct “Z97.5’s “HOTTEST MOM SEARCH” contest. To enter the “Z97.5’s “HOTTEST MOM SEARCH” feature; a listener must submit a photo of themselves by logging on to our website at Z975.com and completing the necessary registration process. ENTRANTS MUST BE A MOTHER
You must be 18 or older to submit a photo. Only one photo per person will be accepted. You may only submit your own photo. No nudity or questionable content will be allowed. Z97.5 has the right to not accept any picture for any reason. Pictures containing questionable content, curse words, or inappropriate material will not be used. All pictures/images become the property of Z97.5 and may be used in any manner.
Photo/images must be submitted no later tha11:59PM on May 15, 2009. Entrants agree to having their photo/description/name/city/state posted on the game website. Following the submission period, there will be a voting period from May 16, 2009 through 11:59pm on May 29, 2009. At the end of the voting period, the entrant with the highest number of votes will be deemed the winner. The prize consists of 1 “Bare Necessities Package” from Eden Day Spa. If the winner is deemed ineligible, an alternate winner will be selected by referring to the contestant with the second highest number of votes.
This contest is open to Tennessee and Kentucky Residents who hold a valid form of photo identification, and are 18 years of age or older at time of feature, with the exception of employees of Z97.5/WZZP, the above sponsors, advertising agencies, affiliates, employees of other radio stations, and members of their immediate families. Only one submission is permitted per household and one submission per family is permitted for the duration of this contest. The term “family” includes spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and co-habitating significant others.
Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way. RULES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. By entering, each participant agrees that his or her voice, name, photograph, caricature and/or likeness may be used by Z97.5/WZZP for promotional purposes. All entrants agree to provide Z97.5/WZZP their name, address, phone number and social security number. Failure to supply required information makes submitter ineligible.
No purchase is necessary to participate or win. This feature is void where prohibited by law. Z97.5/WZZP is not responsible for technical problems due to telephones, problems associated with telephones, mail, email delivery or access to www.Z975.com. The following are specifically related to E-features and E-Mail Club promotions on www.Z975.com: a) All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or submitters will be disqualified. b) To be eligible a submitter must reside within the listening area of Z97.5/WZZP, as defined within the exclusive discretion of Z97.5/WZZP management. c) Any problems with the internet or email are not Z97.5/WZZP’s responsibility. Rules are subject to change without notice. Official rules are available at 1640 Old Russellville Pike, Clarksville, TN during regular business hours, on the Z97.5/WZZP website at www.Z975.com and will air daily on Z97.5/WZZP for the duration of the feature. As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any feature or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Z97.5/WZZP management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant. Decisions of Z97.5/WZZP officials are final!
Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to z975 the right to use and publish their proper name and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
The Contest and all of the related pages, contents and code are copyright, UPICKEM, Inc., and/or Z97.5/WZZP. Copying or unauthorized use of any copyrighted materials, trademarks or any other intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
Each winner, by acceptance of the prize, agrees to release all Sponsors, and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
UPICKEM and z975 are not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
