Saga Communications of Tuckessee, LLC, and its parent companies, which includes their members, officers, directors, and shareholders, are referred to collectively herein as “Z97.5/WZZP.” Z97.5/WZZP will conduct “Z97.5/WZZP’s “Show Us Your Tramp Stamp” (hereinafter referred to as “feature”), a radio promotion that will begin March 9, 2009 and run through Thursday, March 16, 2009 on Z97.5/WZZP in which Z97.5/WZZP listeners will have a chance to submit their “tramp stamp” or lower back tattoo to be featured on www.z975.com through UPICKEM. One person will win 1 pair of tickets for the Def Leppard/Poison/Cheap Trick concert on August 10, 2009 in Nashville.
Qualifying Methodology:
No purchase is necessary to enter. Subject to the limitations below, beginning March 9, 2009 Z97.5/WZZP will conduct the “Z97.5’s “Show Us Your Tramp Stamp” contest. To enter the “Z97.5’s “Show Us Your Tramp Stamp” feature, a listener must submit a photo of their lower back tattoo by logging on to our website at Z975.com and completing the necessary registration process. You must be 18 or older to submit a photo. Only one photo per person will be accepted. Only lower back tattoo pictures will be accepted. You may only submit your own photo. No nudity or questionable content will be allowed. Z97.5 has the right to not accept any picture for any reason. Tattoos containing questionable content, curse words, or inappropriate material will not be used. All pictures/images become the property of Z97.5 and may be used in any manner. Photo/images must be submitted no later tha11:59PM on April 6, 2009.
Following the submission period, there will be a voting period from April 3, 2009 through 11:59pm on April 16, 2009. At the end of the voting period, the entrant with the highest number of votes will be deemed the winner. The prize consists of 2 tickets for the upcoming Def Leppard/Poison/Cheap Trick concert on August 10, 2009 in Nashville.
This contest is open to Tennessee and Kentucky Residents who hold a valid form of photo identification, and are 18 years of age or older at time of feature, with the exception of employees of Z97.5/WZZP, the above sponsors, advertising agencies, affiliates, employees of other radio stations, and members of their immediate families.
Only one submission is permitted per household and one submission per family is permitted for the duration of this contest. The term “family” includes spouses, parents, children, grandparents, grandchildren and co-habitating significant others.
Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if these contest rules have been violated in any way.
By entering, each participant agrees that his or her voice, name, photograph, caricature and/or likeness may be used by Z97.5/WZZP for promotional purposes. All entrants agree to provide Z97.5/WZZP their name, address, phone number and social security number. Failure to supply required information makes submitter ineligible
No purchase is necessary to participate or win. This feature is void where prohibited by law.
Z97.5/WZZP is not responsible for technical problems due to telephones, problems associated with telephones, mail, email delivery or access to www.Z975.com.
The following are specifically related to E-features and E-Mail Club promotions on www.Z975.com:
a) All appropriate information in required fields must be filled out or submitters will be disqualified.
b) To be eligible a submitter must reside within the listening area of Z97.5/WZZP, as defined within the exclusive discretion of Z97.5/WZZP management.
c) Any problems with the internet or email are not Z97.5/WZZP’s responsibility.
Rules are subject to change without notice. Official rules are available at 1640 Old Russellville Pike, Clarksville, TN during regular business hours, on the Z97.5/WZZP website at www.Z975.com and will air daily on Z97.5/WZZP for the duration of the feature.
As a licensee of the FCC and a trustee of the public airwaves, Z97.5/WZZP reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any feature or promotion (and not award the offered prize) at the discretion of Z97.5/WZZP management if world events, the national mood, or public safety so warrant.
Decisions of Z97.5/WZZP officials are final!
